Last year, Participating Lenders financed 2,600 loans valued at $388 million with the help of SDHDA products. Products that include HFA Preferred mortgages, downpayment assistance mortgages, mortgage credit certificates and Grants for Grads mortgage.

About the Session
This is a FREE three-and-a-half-hour session designed to help mortgage lenders and staff learn about SDHDA products, present error-free files ready for purchase, adresss any challenges and provide product knowledge & understanding. Five repeat sessions are available.
